If the idea of your baby’s routine, alongside your idea of a good night’s sleep, went out of the hospital window on day one, you’re not alone. Yet there are some simple things you can do to help develop a routine for your baby and it’s a good idea to get a daily structure in place as soon as you can to make things easier in the future.
Getting into a bedtime routine early on
It may feel at first like you’ve not got much chance of getting a good night’s sleep, but teaching your baby good sleeping habits now will make the months to come much easier.
